1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use (the «Terms») govern your use of the «WA! Stickers» application for iPhone and iPad (the «App»), published by Evgeny Kopytin (the «Developer») and distributed through the Apple App Store. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Your privacy is covered separately by the WA! Stickers Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
2. What the App provides
The App is a collection of hand-drawn sticker packs for the Messages app, for the App’s own sticker keyboard, for copying into other apps, and for adding to WhatsApp. Part of the collection is available at no charge, and any paid sticker may be tried five times for free; the whole collection is unlocked by an auto-renewing subscription or by a one-time purchase, both described in section 3. The App works entirely on your device and does not require an account.
WhatsApp is a separate product of its own publisher and is not part of the App. Adding a pack requires WhatsApp to be installed on the same device and works only as long as WhatsApp keeps accepting third-party sticker packs; the Developer has no control over that. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to WhatsApp LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc. or Apple Inc.; WhatsApp and iMessage are trademarks of their respective owners.
3. Full Access: subscription or one-time purchase
Title: WA! Stickers — Full Access.
What it unlocks: every sticker pack in the App, including all packs added in later updates — in the App, in Messages, on the keyboard and for WhatsApp — with no per-pack purchases.
Two ways to get it: an auto-renewing subscription of 1 month, 6 months or 1 year, each renewing for the same length; or «Full Access Forever» — a single payment with no renewal, which unlocks the same content for as long as the App is available.
Price: the price of each plan is shown inside the App, in your local currency, before you confirm the purchase. Prices are set per territory in the App Store and may change; any change is shown to you in the App before it takes effect and, for an existing subscription, is subject to Apple’s notice and consent rules.
Free trial: a free trial period may be offered on some subscription plans and to some customers. Whether you are eligible is determined by Apple and is stated in the App before purchase. If you buy a subscription while a free trial is running, the unused portion of that trial is forfeited.
Payment: payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
Renewal: a subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends, at the price then in effect for your plan. The one-time purchase never renews and is never charged again.
Managing and cancelling: you can view a subscription, change the plan or turn off auto-renewal at any time in the Settings app, under your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for, and access continues until that period ends. The Developer cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf.
Restoring: a purchase is tied to your Apple Account, not to a device. On a new device, or after reinstalling, tap «Restore Purchases» in the App to regain access at no additional charge.
Purchases from earlier versions: earlier versions of the App sold individual sticker packs as one-time purchases. If you bought any of them, «Restore Purchases» gives you Full Access at no charge.
Refunds: purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store. Requests can be made at reportaproblem.apple.com. The Developer cannot issue refunds directly.
4. Licence
The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App and its stickers on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial communication — sending stickers in conversations, pasting them into your own messages and posts, and adding packs to your own WhatsApp for use in your own chats.
You may not resell, redistribute or republish the sticker artwork or the packs as a collection or as stock material — including publishing them as your own sticker packs on any platform; extract it for use in another application, sticker pack or product; use it in advertising, on merchandise, or in any other commercial context; or attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer the App, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it. All rights not granted here remain with the Developer and the artists whose work appears in the App.
5. Your conduct
You are responsible for how you use the stickers. Do not use them to harass, threaten, defame or deceive anyone, or in any way that breaks the law where you are.
6. Availability and changes
The App is provided as it is at the time of release. The Developer may add, alter or remove individual sticker packs — for example when a licence for artwork expires — and may update the App to keep it working with new versions of iOS, Messages or WhatsApp. Removing a pack, or a change on WhatsApp’s side that stops packs from being added, does not entitle you to a refund of a period already paid for; Full Access continues to unlock everything the App contains at any given time.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided «as is» and «as available», without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The Developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profit, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you, and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
8. Apple
Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App. These Terms are between you and the Developer only. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the App is also subject to the App Store Terms of Service and, where applicable, to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where that agreement and these Terms conflict, these Terms apply to the extent permitted.
9. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be revised from time to time. The current version is always at this address, and the «Last updated» date above shows the most recent revision. Continuing to use the App after a revision means you accept it.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Russian Federation. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
