1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published by Evgeny Kopytin (the «Developer») under the Apple Hunter studio brand and distributed via the Apple App Store, Google Play, RuStore and AppGallery. The Developer is the data controller for any personal information processed under this policy.
2. Data we collect
The applications are designed to function without collecting personally identifying information directly from you. We do not embed third-party advertising SDKs, social tracking SDKs, or behavioural analytics that identify individuals. All content used by the app (stickers, watch faces, wallpapers, calculator inputs, etc.) is processed locally on your device unless explicitly described otherwise within the app.
If an app offers an AI feature that requires sending a text prompt to a server (for example, image generation in «Cone AI Wallpapers»), that prompt is transmitted in a non-identifying form and is not stored or associated with you.
3. Data provided by the store
If you purchase an app or an in-app product, the relevant store (Apple App Store, Google Play, RuStore, AppGallery) may share with us aggregated, non-identifying statistics about purchases, refunds, crashes and app usage. We use this information solely to maintain app stability, comply with tax obligations and plan future updates. We do not receive your real name, address or payment instrument.
4. Third parties
The applications do not sell, rent or share information with third parties. Where an app integrates with a system service (iCloud, Apple Health, HealthKit, Notifications, Photos, system Sharing) that integration is performed by Apple’s or Google’s services and is governed by their respective privacy policies (Apple Privacy, Google Privacy).
5. Children
The applications are suitable for general audiences and comply with the COPPA requirements. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
6. Security
Any data the apps do transmit (such as anonymous error reports) is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections. We keep server-side logs only as long as needed to diagnose stability issues, typically no more than 30 days.
7. Your rights
If you have any concerns about the privacy of information that may pertain to you, or wish to request deletion, contact us at info@applehunter.ru. We respond within 30 days.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at the URL shown in your app’s settings or store listing; the «Last updated» date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
