WA! Stickers · iPhone & iPad app

Last updated: September 10, 2026 · Developer: Evgeny Kopytin (Apple Hunter studio), sole proprietor, INN 860213624518.

1. About the App

«WA! Stickers» (the «App») is a sticker app for iPhone and iPad. It holds hand-drawn sticker packs and lets you send them in Messages through its iMessage extension, use them in any other app through its own sticker keyboard, keep one on your Home Screen through a widget, and add a whole pack to WhatsApp installed on the same device. The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and operated by Evgeny Kopytin (the «Developer»). This policy describes exactly what the App does with data — which, in short, is nothing.

The App is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to WhatsApp LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc. or Apple Inc.; WhatsApp and iMessage are trademarks of their respective owners.

2. We collect no data at all

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. It contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party trackers of any kind. Nothing you do in the App is recorded, profiled, or sent anywhere.

This matches the App’s privacy manifest (PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy), where tracking is declared as disabled (NSPrivacyTracking = false) and the list of collected data types is empty. On the App Store product page, the App’s privacy label is «Data Not Collected».

3. The App makes no network requests

The App does not contact any server of its own. It has no backend, no accounts, and no remote configuration. All sticker artwork is bundled inside the App itself — nothing is downloaded.

The only external addresses in the App are links that open in Safari or in the App Store when you tap them: this policy, the Terms of Use, the contact page, and the App’s own App Store page (to rate or share it). Opening a link hands the request to Safari or the App Store and to the site you chose to visit; the App sends nothing along with it. Handing a pack to WhatsApp is described in section 7.

4. What stays on your device

To remember how you like to use it, the App keeps a small amount of information in local storage on your device only. That storage is shared between the App, its iMessage extension, its keyboard and its widget through an app group — a container on your device that only these parts of the App can read:

  • the stickers you have marked as favourites;
  • the stickers you use most often, and how many times each has been taken;
  • the outline style you chose for a sticker, and a cached copy of that sticker drawn with the outline;
  • which sticker packs you have hidden, and the order in which your packs are arranged;
  • flags recording that an onboarding hint has already been shown;
  • the name of the sticker you copied most recently, and when — so the widget can show and then clear its «copied» mark;
  • how many of the five free tries of paid stickers you have used;
  • your appearance choice — light, dark or automatic;
  • a few counters for the «rate the App» request: how many stickers you have taken, when you first opened the App, how many times and when you have been asked, whether you tapped «leave a review», and which of the two developers’ notes you have seen.

None of this is personal information, and none of it leaves your device. It is not sent to the Developer or to anyone else. Deleting the App removes all of it.

5. Clipboard

When you tap a sticker to copy it — in the App or on the sticker keyboard — the App places that image on your device’s clipboard so you can paste it where you want. This happens only in response to your tap, the clipboard is not read by the App, and nothing is transmitted anywhere.

6. Sticker keyboard and «Allow Full Access»

The App includes a keyboard extension that shows your sticker packs inside any app with a text field. After you add it in Settings, iOS offers to «Allow Full Access» for it. The keyboard asks for this permission for a single reason: iOS lets only a keyboard with Full Access write to the clipboard, and the clipboard is the only way a sticker can travel from the keyboard into the app you are typing in.

The keyboard is not a typing keyboard. Apart from a list of kaomoji you can insert, it has no letter keys; it does not read, record or transmit anything you type, it does not read the text field, it has no network access and contacts no server. With Full Access it does exactly two things: reads the sticker list from the App’s own storage on your device, and copies the sticker you tapped. Without Full Access the kaomoji still work; stickers cannot be copied, and the keyboard tells you so.

7. Adding a pack to WhatsApp

When you tap «Add to WhatsApp», the App prepares the pack in the form WhatsApp accepts — the sticker images, a tray icon, the pack name, the publisher name «WA! Stickers» and a link to the App in the App Store — places it on the device’s pasteboard for WhatsApp to pick up, and opens WhatsApp. That pasteboard item is marked local-only, so it does not travel to your other devices through Universal Clipboard, and it expires after 60 seconds. The pack is handed only to the WhatsApp app installed on the same device; the Developer receives nothing, and the App does not know whether you finished adding the pack. If WhatsApp is not installed, the pack cannot be sent.

What WhatsApp does with the stickers afterwards is governed by WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy. The Developer has no access to your WhatsApp account, chats or contacts.

8. Subscriptions and purchases

The App offers an auto-renewing subscription and a one-time purchase that unlock the full collection. All payments are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. The Developer never sees or receives your payment details, card data, or billing address, and no purchase information is sent to any server operated by the Developer.

Whether a purchase is active is determined on your device through Apple’s StoreKit; purchases made in earlier versions of the App are recognised the same way. Full commercial conditions — plans, prices, renewal and cancellation — are set out in the WA! Stickers Terms of Use.

9. Data Apple provides to us

Apple may share with the Developer aggregated, non-identifiable sales, usage and crash statistics through App Store Connect. These reports cannot be traced back to an individual user. They are used only to monitor the App’s stability and to plan future updates.

10. Third parties

The App shares no information with third parties. Stickers you send in a conversation are transmitted by Apple’s iMessage service and are governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy; a pack you add to WhatsApp is handled by WhatsApp under its own policy (section 7). The Developer has no access to your messages or to the people you send them to.

11. Children

The App is suitable for general audiences and complies with COPPA: no personal information is collected from anyone, of any age.

12. Changes

This document may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL, and the «Last updated» date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

13. Contact

For any privacy-related question, write to info@applehunter.ru. Because the App collects nothing, there is no personal data held about you to export or delete — but if you believe otherwise, contact us and we will look into it.
