1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms govern your use of the «Currency Rates, Crypto — Russia» application published by Evgeny Kopytin (the «Developer»). By downloading or otherwise using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app.

2. License

The Developer grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use. The code, design and other materials in the app are protected by copyright and remain the property of the Developer or its licensors.

3. Restrictions

You may not (a) modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the app; (b) redistribute, sublicense or resell any part of its code or design; (c) use the app for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose; (d) circumvent any purchase, subscription or security mechanism.

4. In-app purchases and subscriptions

In-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store under its standard terms. Refunds and cancellations follow the rules of the store of purchase; the Developer cannot issue a refund directly — requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Currency Pro. A monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-off «Forever» purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the charge is taken within the 24 hours before that moment. Managing the subscription and turning off renewal is done in your Apple Account settings. The unused part of a free trial is forfeited if you take out a subscription before the trial ends.

Everything the app could do before Pro existed stays free.

5. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by the Privacy Policy for this app, which sets out exactly what it does and does not process. Please read it.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided «as is», without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Exchange rates are for reference: they come from external sources and from exchange bureaux, may differ from the rate of any actual transaction, and are neither an offer nor financial advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. The Developer’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app, if any.

7. Changes

The Developer may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after a revision constitutes acceptance of the new version. The «Last updated» date above reflects the most recent revision.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation, where the Developer is registered as an individual entrepreneur (ИП Копытин Евгений Викторович, INN 860213624518). Disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Russian Federation, unless the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
