Currency Rates, Crypto — Russia
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 September 2026 · Developer: Evgeny Kopytin (Apple Hunter studio), sole proprietor, INN 860213624518.
1. About this policy
This policy applies to the «Currency Rates, Crypto — Russia» application for iPhone and Apple Watch, published by Evgeny Kopytin (the «Developer») and distributed through the Apple App Store. The Developer is the data controller for anything processed under this policy.
2. What data is processed
The app does not ask for and does not collect your name, e-mail, phone number, account identifier or payment details. There is no account in the app.
Location is not used. You pick the city for the exchange-bureau rates by hand from a list; the app never requests access to your location and never receives it.
To show exchange-bureau rates the app queries our own server, cash.devmyapp.ru, and sends it only what is needed to answer: the chosen city, the currency, the direction of exchange and the amount. The requests carry no user identifier and are not linked to one another. They are kept in the server log for no longer than 30 days and are used only to diagnose failures.
Central bank rates and cryptocurrency prices are loaded straight from public sources (cbr-xml-daily.ru, CoinGecko); our server plays no part in that.
3. Rate alerts
Until you create your first alert, the app sends nothing about you anywhere.
When you save your first alert, the app generates a random installation identifier — not linked to your Apple ID, your device or your network — and from that moment sends to our server cash.devmyapp.ru, which stores:
- that identifier;
- the alerts themselves: currency, threshold value, direction and city (for cash-exchange alerts);
- the push notification token issued by Apple — a delivery address, not a device name;
- the app version and whether notifications are allowed.
To verify your subscription, the app sends the receipt signed by Apple. We check the signature on our server and do not keep the receipt: all that remains is an irreversible hash of the purchase number, needed for exactly one thing — to prevent a single subscription from serving an unlimited number of installations.
None of this includes your name, e-mail, phone number, account number or payment details, and we do not ask for them.
An alert is deleted together with all its data when you switch it off in the app. “Delete all alerts” also erases the installation identifier on the server. You can request the same by e-mail at info@applehunter.ru — we reply within 30 days.
4. Data provided by the store
If you buy a subscription or a one-off purchase, Apple may share with us aggregated, non-identifying statistics about purchases, refunds, crashes and usage. We use it solely to keep the app stable, to meet tax obligations and to plan updates. We do not receive your real name, address or payment instrument.
5. Third parties
Data is received only by Apple (purchases, subscriptions, notification delivery) and our own server. We do not sell data and we do not pass it to advertising networks.
6. Children
The app is suitable for general audiences and complies with COPPA. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Security
Anything the app does transmit travels over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Server-side logs are kept only as long as needed to diagnose stability issues — no more than 30 days.
8. Your rights
The only data kept on our server is your alerts and the installation identifier (section 3); you can delete them yourself in the app. If you have a privacy question or a deletion request, write to info@applehunter.ru — we answer within 30 days.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. The current version is always at this address, and the «Last updated» date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
